KANON Architects / Contractors was founded by Canon Manley. Canon is a licensed architect and contractor. Canon trained at the Georgia Institute of Technology to achieve his BS of Architecture, and spent a subsequent 3 years achieving his Masters of Architecture and Masters of City and Regional Planning.
Canon saw first-hand, while working professionally, the disconnect between contractors and architects. This inspired Canon's vision to realize the traditional role of the builder.
Canon's goal is to have a team of Architects who can build things with their hands, and Contractors who understand what good design is about.

Even before graduation he has attained some experience and knowledge in the field after working at the Preston Partnership and TVSdesign. He has experience working in multifamily, residential, laboratory, office, security improvements, and high-rises.
He is currently working on licensure at Kanon Architects and waiting for the day to return to school for a Master’s degree in a related field so that he can teach architecture somewhere down the line in his career.
