We’re a fully integrated design–build team led by a Registered Architect licensed in over 10 states and an unrestricted General Contractor in the State of Georgia. That dual perspective shapes how we approach every project—from the first sketch to final turnover.

We design the construction documents, we price them, and we build them—under one roof, with one team accountable from start to finish. Problems get solved in real time, often before they ever reach the field, because the people designing the building are the same people responsible for constructing it.

Our team brings deep, complementary experience across architecture and construction. Glenn Dorris contributes a strong construction background, Bailey Kijek brings architectural rigor and design clarity, and we continue to expand the team with additional contracting expertise.
Because we’re in the field every day, we design with real-world constraints in mind—budget, schedule, constructability, sequencing, and means and methods. We cut weeks and months out of typical RFI, ASI, and revision cycles and rely on a trusted network of subcontractors who know our standards and how we work.
